We begin by designing each component and/or custom piece using Autodesk Inventor® software (from Auto Cad). We then import each design into FabriWIN™, the most widely used software package in the metal fabrication industry. FabriWIN™ not only offers us the most complete set of features for our CAD/CAM needs, it enables us to meet all of our customers’ needs while simultaneously creating the most efficient and productive solutions for our manufacturing operations.

By utilizing these 2 systems together, we create a seamless design to manufacture process. Additionally, to insure the infinite tracing of components through the entire manufacturing process, we utilize ESTE-Track™ for our ERP/Shop Management software. And, with ESTE-Track™ new Quality module, we’re able to identify quality and design issues in real-time, while simultaneously meet our customer’s need for updated information as well as our own ISO record keeping requirements.

KMP employs a dedicated Quality Control Department to implement and enhance these quality systems, and complies with MIL Standard 45208A Inspection System. (all MIL Standards and ISO9000) All our Equipment is calibrated to MIL Standard C-45662A.
